Bastille Day Open Doubles.
Trophy Presented by Pen-Y Coed Petanque
On Sunday 18 July the Club held its annual Bastille Open Competition.
15 teams took part and the winners were the team that presented our
Club with the Silver Plated Double Handled Tray Trophy in 2001, Pen-Y-Coed.
Marion and Phil were particularly thrilled as they, over the years have
been trying to win it back.
Vee and Nigel (Hand Cross) were a close second.
In third place and the best placed Adur Club pair, with a very creditable
performance were John and young Cameron.
